This guy robbed a bank and did this by giving a woman in the bank a note where he had written some sort of instructions. From the look of it the guy tried to make sure that he doesn’t go into prison if he gets caught, could be that he didn’t even have a gun.
Anyway this guy must have felt pretty damn good when he managed to destroy that robbery note, only evidence of this robbery, right under the noses of the police officers who captured him.
